Superb, friendly, super-professional, warm and welcoming and truly excellent treatment by Nicky. I have visited the amazing Pampers for many years now and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. So grateful that Pampers exists and is of such a high quality across the board, from friendly and kind receptionists, to the wonderful stylish and calm salon itself where you feel the stress of the day fall away! - to the treatments which improve our quality of life no end! Ten out of ten! The supportive ethos at this salon is second to none. No wonder they have been here so many years as they add so value much to people’s lives. Thank you, Pampers.

Viera is the only person in Norwich I trust for intimate waxing. Viera clearly cares a lot about her clients, takes time with the wax and manages to make it as painless as possible! I won’t book with anyone else, she’s a 5* beautician ❤️

I come to Pampers for electrolysis with Nicky and I’m always so happy with my sessions. She’s professional, really knowledgeable, and at the same time so friendly and easy to talk to. The results have been fantastic, and the price is very reasonable too. I also have to mention Sally on reception – she’s so sweet and welcoming, always greeting me warmly and making me feel comfortable as soon as I arrive. Every visit to Pampers is a pleasant experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Best salon I’ve visited , very kind , welcoming and professional. The staff were clearly very experienced and made me feel very comfortable for my wax appointment. Lisa was very kind and the waxing service she provided was to a very high standard. I will keep returning for their services

What a great experience, when I first arrived we were greeted by a lovely receptionist. Izzy was great, very professional and such a nice person. I will definitely return when I’m visiting family in Norwich again
